Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Cancellation fees are based on the estimated service total and time reserved at the time of booking.
Appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations and no-shows leave limited opportunity to refill that time, so these fees apply regardless of the reason for the cancellation or reschedule.
